What happens if the gate/access is locked when we turn up to the property after giving notice to let you know we are coming round?
If we turn up to your property as arranged and we cannot access locked gates/garages then we will still charge full price for the property to be cleaned.
Under no circumstances do we climb over gates or fences to access the property. (We are not insured to do this and don’t want to risk injuring ourselves or your property).
What happens if you as a customer decide to cancel off the round for the month without giving us plenty of notice?
Due to using more time and extra purified water we have to charge an additional cost for cleaning the property. This is because it hasn’t been maintained as regularly.
(Depending on the size of the property will depend on how much extra we charge) We would need 48 hours notice to let us know that you don’t require our service this month.
Will the price stay the same throughout the contract?
Streak3finish updates their prices each year due to the cost of living.
How long do I have to make my payment?
If we haven’t received payments within 7 days then we will send a polite message asking for payments.
(Anyone who fails to make a payment will receive a county court judgement letter for failing to pay for the service received).
